This is a Questionnaire intended to map farms/forestries in the supply chain for wood. You are asked by your client to provide this information for compliance with the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).
You will be asked to list forests (operations) and provide details such as geolocation, wood species grown, other crops grown or present, harvest, etc.
The questionnaire is built based on the above supply chain
