Supplier Due Diligence Self-Assessment Questionnaire (DDSAQ) LkSG

This questionnaire is sent to you at the request of your client. Your client is obligated under the German Supply Chain Law (also called the Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz - LkSG).
This law requires your client to assess, prevent and remediate human rights and environment risks in their own operations and their supply chain.
As a supplier in your client's supply chain, this questionnaire will ask you questions to assess how you manage social and environmental topics in your company.

The questionnaire will cover the following topics:
